Hello! My name is Saundra, and I began my bed and breakfast journey almost two years ago. I noticed most of my out-of-state friends were not able to find a place near my house, and they did not have a good experience at other bed and breakfast getaways (They do not like hotels).

I decided to help them by opening my house for them to stay. I love to clean, so after my friends left my house I tidied up the place. Some time had passed, and one of my friends recommended I start a bed and breakfast since they had many great experiences and I didn’t mind cleaning the house. I considered this suggestion and tried making my house a bed and breakfast for a month to test it out. I had a minimum stay of three days, and I got booked three times. Each time a family of three stayed and left reviews saying they enjoyed their time at my house. From then on, I continued tweaking the pricing and minimum stay until I ended with a minimum stay of two nights and $230 per night.
